Description
CTEC is seeking an ALC Developer to develop, test, debug, maintain, and modernize IBM Assembler Language Code programs on Z/OS mainframes in a federal environment. The role includes modifying existing code, documenting program logic and workflows, coordinating with systems analysts and IT staff, supporting migration to Java or MongoDB, and complying with federal standards and security protocols. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field or four additional years of experience, 4–8 years of ALC mainframe experience, proficiency with JCL, TSO, ISPF, and debugging tools, and an active IRS MBI(Public trust) clearance.
