Description
The Alcohol Loader operates equipment and DCS systems for alcohol loading, batching, sampling, tank and railcar loading, and related plant operations. The role maintains logs and records, analyzes data, reports deviations, supports food-safety and FDA compliance, and may cross-train in the grains department. It is scheduled in 8–12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays when needed, and requires the ability to work with numbers, English, and physical demands including lifting up to 50 pounds.
