Description
Texas Instruments is hiring a Process Development Engineer for its Lehi, Utah Advanced Technology Development team. The role develops and integrates advanced semiconductor manufacturing processes, supports technology development from early studies through full-scale production, evaluates test data, leads process and equipment projects, improves yield and production efficiency, and applies statistical methods such as DOE and SPC. The position requires a master’s degree in a relevant engineering or science field and at least five years of experience in 300mm advanced logic or memory device technologies, with expertise in thin-film processing, CVD, single-wafer ALD, supplier engagement, and process control.
