INSPYR Solutions is hiring a remote Feature Lead to support a major system replacement initiative. The role coordinates impacted application and consumer teams, translates program changes into actionable insights, manages dependencies and remediation planning, maintains work backlogs in Azure DevOps, and uses Power BI dashboards to guide execution. The position requires experience in large-scale enterprise programs, strong stakeholder engagement, familiarity with vendor relationships and waterfall delivery, and the ability to communicate technical impacts in business terms. Compensation is $65.00–$75.00 per hour, with medical benefits and a 401(k) plan.
