Flexor is hiring an Algo/AI Engineer to design and implement scalable algorithms for extracting, transforming, and enriching structured context from large volumes of noisy, heterogeneous unstructured data. The role focuses on building and optimizing LLM and VLM-based production pipelines, collaborating with data engineering and product teams, evaluating model outputs, and contributing to applied AI research. Candidates need a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, at least four years of algorithm or applied ML/AI engineering experience, production experience with foundation models, Python proficiency, and strong machine learning fundamentals.
