Applied Materials is hiring a full-time Product Development Engineer for its metrology and process control team in Chemical Mechanical Planarization (CMP) in Santa Clara, California. The role develops in situ CMP metrology and process control products, including algorithms, hardware and software integration, system debugging, and support through production release. The engineer will collaborate with internal teams, troubleshoot complex process and customer-product issues, prepare technical documentation, and travel to customer sites.
