Istra is hiring Algorithms Developers to develop, deploy, analyze, and improve high-frequency trading algorithms in real-time financial markets. The role involves building scalable infrastructure and models for financial markets, analyzing complex data sets, and applying algorithms in competitive trading environments. Candidates need a cum laude bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering, at least three years of industry experience, and strong programming skills, preferably in C/C++/R, along with statistical, mathematical, problem-solving, communication, and independent work skills.
