KLA is hiring an Optical Metrology Research Scientist in Israel to develop and implement next-generation algorithms for optical metrology of semiconductor devices. The role involves research, feasibility analysis, concept development, qualification testing, on-tool implementation, data analysis, and collaboration with internal and external personnel. Candidates must have a Ph.D. in Engineering or Physics or an M.Sc. with at least three years of experience, along with proven signal or image processing experience and algorithm development experience using MATLAB or Python; optical systems, microscopy, and semiconductor industry experience are advantageous.
