KLA is hiring a full-time Deep Learning Algorithm Engineer to develop and deploy deep learning and GenAI models for image processing and computer vision applications in semiconductor process control. The role covers model design, training, evaluation, optimization, mixed-precision inference, and deployment, with a focus on performance, efficiency, scalability, and production readiness. Candidates should have a doctorate or master’s degree with related experience, expertise in vision foundation or language models, experience with reduced-precision model optimization, proficiency in Python and another programming language, and demonstrated deep learning expertise through publications, patents, or open-source projects. The position is based in Milpitas, California, with travel of up to 10% and a base pay range of $136,300 to $231,700 annually.
