Smartmicro is hiring an experienced Algorithm Engineer for Radar Tracking to develop, implement, validate, and integrate tracking and sensor-fusion algorithms for radar, camera, and radar/camera systems used in intelligent traffic, ADAS, automated driving, drone detection, and airborne radar applications. The role focuses on multi-object tracking, nonlinear state estimation, probabilistic filtering, statistical signal processing, algorithm performance evaluation, and robust software development, with collaboration across embedded software, system engineering, testing, and product teams.
