Description
Taboola is hiring an Algorithm Engineer for its Algorithms team in the Tel Aviv office. The role builds and deploys machine learning models for real-time bidding, price and win-rate prediction, CTR/CVR estimation, calibration, and auction optimization, covering the full lifecycle from research through production, A/B testing, monitoring, and optimization. The engineer will work with large-scale, low-latency systems, partner with Product, Engineering, and Business teams, and mentor junior engineers. The position requires at least four years of end-to-end machine learning and deep learning experience, a relevant MSc or PhD, experience with real-time bidding or large-scale optimization, and strong Python or Java software engineering skills. The role offers a hybrid schedule with three days in the office.
