KLA is hiring a Senior Algorithm Software Architect to lead the design and delivery of GPU-accelerated, high-performance computing software. The role owns software architecture for HPC and GPU platforms, sets technical strategy, designs GPU kernels and frameworks, guides parallel and distributed computing, establishes performance engineering practices, and mentors engineers. Candidates need extensive software engineering and architecture experience, strong C++ and GPU programming expertise, and experience with parallel systems, cluster orchestration, CI/CD, and containerization. The position is based in Milpitas, California, with a base pay range of $186,200 to $273,067 annually.
