Taboola is hiring a Team Leader for its Bidding Strategies Algo team in the Tel Aviv office. The role leads the optimization and design of real-time bidding strategies, formulates bidding problems mathematically, analyzes closed-loop dynamics, partners with engineering teams, and develops algorithm engineers. Candidates need advanced academic training in applied mathematics, optimization, control theory, or a related quantitative field, at least six years of algorithmic problem-solving experience, two years of managerial or technical leadership experience, production-grade algorithm engineering experience, and experience delivering measurable business impact through algorithmic improvements. The position offers a hybrid schedule with three days in the office.
