Description
The Los Angeles LGBT Center’s Health Services department is hiring an ALHP RN Manager to coordinate clinical services for LBTQ women and non-binary individuals, with a strong focus on cancer screening programs, reproductive and gynecologic care, quality improvement, community outreach, and health education. The role works under the Associate Director, Clinical Nursing and collaborates with medical leadership, the quality improvement team, community program staff, and external specialists while supporting clinical workflows, patient education, and care coordination. It is a regular exempt position based in a healthcare setting with no formal supervisory authority, requiring at least three years of direct patient care experience, a current California RN license, current BLS certification, and familiarity with trauma-informed, harm-reduction practice; Epic EHR, a BSN/MSN, and bilingual English/Spanish are preferred.
