Description
The All-Round Nursery Worker will care for plants, pot crops, water and fertilize, pick orders, prepare plants for shipment, and maintain a clean nursery. The role involves indoor and outdoor work, physical effort, independent and team-based collaboration, and opportunities for development. It offers a gross monthly salary of €2,650–€3,000, 25 vacation days, 8% vacation pay, pension with no employee contributions, a travel allowance, and team activities. Applicants should enjoy plants or gardening, speak Dutch, have VMBO-level working and thinking skills, and be willing to do physical work.
