Randstad Staffing is hiring a full-time permanent operator to produce specialized mixtures for the animal feed industry. The role involves operating production equipment, handling forklifts, following quality and safety standards, resolving minor process malfunctions, and working with SCADA and MES systems. Candidates need a BSO or TSO technical diploma, food-industry operator experience, a valid IS-001 forklift certificate, a VCA certificate, and excellent Dutch communication skills. The position offers day-shift work starting at 06:30 or 07:30 and working until 16:00 at the latest, along with meal vouchers, mileage allowance, bicycle leasing, and group and hospitalization insurance.
