The role coordinates with project management, prepares design and execution plans, handles tendering and contract awards, and supervises construction sites. Candidates need a completed degree in architecture or civil engineering, at least three years of comparable professional experience, BIM and AutoCAD proficiency, and strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
