Description
The Allegations Program Manager leads the operational administration, intake, triage, investigation lifecycle, governance, reporting, and continuous improvement of an allegations program. The role manages a team of paralegals, oversees investigation systems and AI/automation opportunities, coordinates compliance and legal stakeholders, and supports board-level reporting. It requires 8 to 15 years of relevant experience, a bachelor's degree, and paralegal certification, with ethics, compliance, internal investigations, whistleblower hotline, allegations systems, legal operations, regulatory enforcement, and multinational company experience preferred.
