Modena Health is hiring a full-time Allergy and Asthma Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant for its Eastlake location. The role provides direct patient care for allergic and respiratory conditions, including assessments, diagnoses, medication management, immunotherapy, food and drug challenges, patient education, and treatment of allergic reactions. The position requires an MSN or DNP, NP or PA certification, an active California NP or PA license, an active California RN license, DEA registration, and BLS certification. The salary range is $125,000–$140,000 per year, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
