Modena Health is hiring a full-time Allergy and Asthma Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to provide direct patient care, assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, immunotherapy, medication prescriptions, patient education, and office procedures for allergic and respiratory conditions. The role is based primarily in the Vista and Carlsbad locations, may support nearby San Diego County sites, and requires an MSN or DNP, NP or PA certification, California NP or PA and RN licenses, DEA registration, BLS certification, and 0–3 years of NP/PA experience. The annual salary is $125,000–$140,000 in California, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
