WellTheory is hiring an Alliance Manager to build and deepen relationships with national and regional benefits consulting firms, develop engagement strategies, educate consultants on the company’s model and outcomes, represent WellTheory at industry events, and support the employer sales team. The role is a hands-on individual contributor reporting initially to the CEO and then to the Head of Commercial, requires significant travel averaging 50% with some periods reaching 75%, and offers a $120,000–$160,000 base salary plus bonus and equity.
