Maisons & Cités is hiring a Housing Allocations Specialist on a one-month fixed-term contract, renewable, to cover a replacement in Hénin-Beaumont, Pas-de-Calais, France. The role involves searching and selecting applicants through SNE, DEA, and IKOS systems; preparing regulated CALEOL meetings; contributing to rapid letting and property viewings; and preparing leases. Candidates should have a two- or three-year post-secondary qualification in real estate, social services, or property management, along with initial experience in customer relations or social housing, and should be responsive, attentive, and committed to working as part of a team.
