ABM is hiring a permanent Operations Coordinator at Stansted Airport on a 4-on-4-off schedule averaging 40 hours per week. The role allocates resources for arriving and departing passengers, monitors journeys, supports staffing and incident mitigation, coordinates with airline and handling agents, handles customer and employee enquiries, and produces operational reports. Essential qualifications include communication and influencing skills, management or supervisory experience, customer service experience, and strong IT and programme operational skills; aviation experience and multilingual ability are desirable. The position requires an Airside Pass, including identity, visa, National Insurance, address, and criminal record and airside security clearance checks.
