Description
The Hotel Engineer performs preventative maintenance on hotel equipment, structures, grounds, and surrounding areas, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, masonry, painting, lighting, and carpet cleaning. The role responds to guest and employee repair requests, coordinates with vendors, completes maintenance requests, maintains the swimming pool, participates in hotel safety activities, and performs light housekeeping and trash removal. The position requires physical work involving lifting up to 70 pounds, walking, bending, stretching, standing, and working at heights, along with a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and car insurance.
