The Caring Place is hiring a full-time Alpha Chaplain at its Center for Men in Miami, Florida. The role reports to the Case Management Supervisor and provides spiritual counseling, biblical discipleship, addiction-recovery teaching, relapse-prevention instruction, support-group facilitation, and mentorship to Alpha-stage residents. Candidates must be ordained ministers with at least one year of homeless or similar ministry experience, have a high school diploma or GED, and possess biblical and addiction-recovery training; a college degree in Social Sciences, Biblical Studies, or Divinity is preferred.
