Description
State Street GCI is seeking a senior testing leader to represent the company in client engagements and manage end-to-end platform testing across front, middle, and back-office transformation programs. The role oversees functional and automation testers, leads strategic delivery initiatives, manages resources and cross-functional stakeholders, and supports AI-driven testing adoption. It requires 4–9 years of functional testing experience in capital markets, 3+ years leading project teams, investment banking application experience, test strategy and reporting expertise, and proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, SQL, PowerPoint, and UiPath. A bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Management, or Information Systems Management is required.
