Duncaster is hiring a Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive health care and care management for assisted-living residents in their apartments. The role includes admitting residents, developing and updating plans of care, assessing and documenting changes in condition, managing medications and treatments, responding to calls for aid, supervising Assisted Living Aides, and handling administrative duties such as electronic medical records, scheduling, and supply ordering. The position requires an associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing, a Connecticut RN license, and at least one year of full-time clinical nursing experience; it offers three shifts with pay of $43.50 per hour plus shift differentials.
