Alston & Bird LLP is hiring a hybrid, full-time salaried Alston Discovery Staff Attorney to assist with eDiscovery matters, privilege reviews and logs, transactional due diligence, legal research, contract and lease reviews, and related projects. The role involves coordinating with client teams, developing electronic-data workflows, managing and supervising document reviews, conducting quality control and privilege reviews, supporting litigation materials, maintaining confidentiality and time records, and training or supervising attorneys. Applicants must hold a Juris Doctorate and be licensed and in good standing to practice law in the state where they live and work. The salary is $135,000–$165,000 annually, with a potential bonus of up to $34,000.
