Description
The Alterations Specialist completes fittings, alterations, sewing, steaming, pressing, and spot-cleaning of garments; greets and escorts customers; maintains quality control and inventory; supports sales and customer service; and manages alteration pricing and the alterations room. The role reports to the Store Manager and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–2 years of apparel or specialty retail experience, and prior sewing experience. It is a part-time position with benefits including vision care, supplemental insurance, a 401(k) program, and discounts.
