AOM Infusion is hiring an Alternate Nursing Administrator – Per Diem in Naples, Florida to oversee operations and management of a Florida home health agency when the Regional Nurse Manager is unavailable. The role coordinates patient care, start-of-care and discharge planning, initial assessments, treatment plans, patient information, clinical support, therapy administration, case conferences, and skilled nursing visits. Candidates must be graduates of an accredited nursing program, Florida-licensed registered professional nurses in good standing, have a Level 2 background check and AHCA clearance, and have at least two years of home care or home infusion therapy experience.
