CW is hiring an Assistant Project Manager to support daily commercial landscaping operations in a hands-on, field-focused role. The position assists Project Managers and Crew Leaders with crew training, scheduling, material tracking, progress documentation, inspections, equipment operation, safety compliance, and urgent site needs. Candidates need a high school diploma or technical certificate, 2–3 years of commercial landscaping, grounds management, or landscape construction experience, at least one year of landscaping crew lead experience, knowledge of horticulture and irrigation, OSHA safety knowledge, Microsoft Office proficiency, and a valid driver’s license.
