MACS is seeking an Alternative Family Living provider to create a stable, supportive, family-oriented home environment for a woman in her 40s with Down syndrome. The role involves supporting independence, community involvement, and daily living skills, traveling to assigned locations, and working flexible hours. The provider must be at least 18, have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, current vehicle insurance, a clean driving record, and no children living in the home. The position pays $138 per day and offers paid CPR and First Aid training.
