Description
The Alternative Investment Reporting Associate maintains and reconciles alternative investment data across reporting, billing, portfolio, and document-management systems. The role processes capital calls, distributions, K-1s, tax estimates, market values, and transaction data; supports recurring and quarter-end reporting; coordinates with fund managers, administrators, and custodians; and resolves discrepancies and operational issues. It requires 1–3 years of financial services, wealth management, or investment operations experience, a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, Excel proficiency, and strong organizational and problem-solving skills. The annualized base pay range is $65,000–$70,000, with possible bonus and benefits.
