Description
Part-time position supporting the Alternative Teacher Certification program by coaching novice teachers and mentors, collaborating with campus administration to improve novice teacher performance and retention, and helping increase candidate completion rates. The role is security sensitive, requires a bachelor's degree, more than three years of experience in an educational environment, and a current Texas teacher certification. The position is limited to 19.5 hours per week and is offered by MCC, with part-time retirement benefits.
