Focus Partners Wealth is hiring an Alternatives Associate to support its Wealth Management Team in Chicago with alternative investment operations, including reviewing subscription and offering documents, coordinating AML/KYC requirements, tracking deadlines, managing money movement and client records, onboarding new offerings, and assisting with reporting, audits, and process improvements. The role is hybrid, with 3 days per week in the Chicago office and 2 days remote, and is a non-exempt position offering a base salary of $70,000–$80,000 plus bonus and benefits.
