Description
The role prepares aluminum coils for processing, sets machine parameters and tools, operates and monitors the plant, intervenes in process deviations, inspects products, manages scrap, and maintains the work area. It requires a technical vocational qualification or two-year machine-plant training, heavy-load handling, IT and PC skills, and willingness to work a five-shift system. The position is initially fixed-term with the prospect of long-term cooperation and offers IG Metall tariff EG7 base salary plus performance and special payments, along with training, benefits, and work-life support.
