Vista Prairie at Windmill Ponds is hiring a full-time Aspire Care Coordinator to lead and develop care staff, manage schedules, monitor service delivery, and support residents through the Aspire Lifestyle Model. The role requires health-related training or experience and Resident Assistant or Certified Nursing Assistant experience, with a day-shift schedule of 80 hours per two-week period and on-call staffing every four weeks. The position pays $23.50–$25.00 per hour and includes health, dental, and vision insurance among other benefits.
