Description
Lanter Delivery Systems is hiring an AM Dock Supervisor to lead a team of dock associates during a specified shift and ensure freight is safely and efficiently loaded and unloaded for on-time, error-free deliveries. The role coordinates dock operations, supports hiring and training, manages customer interactions, monitors safety and security, conducts inspections, addresses conflicts, and contributes to continuous improvement. It is a full-time warehouse position requiring up to 5% travel, typically Monday through Friday with 40–45 hours per week, and includes evenings, overnights, and weekends based on location and business needs.
