Amazon Access is hiring a Program Manager III to own end-to-end program workstreams across regulatory influence, payment performance, financial modeling, customer analytics, and operational automation for its Mexico credit-card program. The role combines SQL and data analytics, financial modeling, stakeholder and regulator influence, payment-metric recovery, automation design, and cross-functional delivery with Amazon, Invex, payment processors, and external partners. It requires at least five years of program or project management experience, a bachelor's degree or equivalent, and fluent English; two or more years of process-improvement experience and a master's degree or MBA are preferred.
