RocketAMS, a fully remote Amazon eCommerce agency based in Australia, is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Amazon Account Specialist to join their team. The specialist will manage multiple Amazon accounts, optimize product listings, develop sales forecasts, build reporting templates, analyze key metrics like revenue and ROI, perform budgeting and forecasting, automate tasks using Google Sheets, and deliver comprehensive reports to drive performance.

Additional Information

Preferred Qualifications: Hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central accounts (listings, SEO content, catalog, promotions, account health).
Strong experience with forecasting, budgeting, and advanced Excel / Google Sheets (dashboards, formulas, pivots).
Ability to manage multiple Amazon accounts independently while meeting deadlines.
Strong analytical skills, able to interpret performance metrics and drive actions.
Highly detail-oriented and proactive, with experience documenting processes and improving workflows.
