Description
Miratech is hiring an AWS Architect to design, develop, and optimize scalable and secure digital contact center solutions using Amazon Connect and modern GenAI technologies. The role covers end-to-end AWS architecture, custom chat widgets and agent desktops, event-driven cloud systems, GenAI and LLM integrations, IAM and security controls, CRM and enterprise-system integrations, streaming APIs, and leadership of cross-functional engineering, DevOps, and product teams. Candidates need at least 8 years of AWS architecture and cloud solution development experience, with expertise across Amazon Connect, Lambda, API Gateway, Bedrock, SageMaker, and related services.
