Global CI is hiring an AWS Connect Developer to design, develop, and implement AWS Connect processes and ServiceNow solutions for enterprise clients. The role includes requirements gathering, process enhancements, call routing and messaging design, and support for applications, workflows, policies, interfaces, and other configurations. Candidates need a bachelor's degree, extensive enterprise and AWS experience, Amazon Connect and Node.js, Python, or Java experience, and the ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance.
