Description

Miratech is hiring an Amazon Connect Engineer to design, build, and optimize scalable contact center solutions on AWS. The role covers Amazon Connect contact flows, IVR and call routing, Lambda and other AWS integrations, CRM and third-party application connections, conversational AI and chatbot development, troubleshooting, and CI/CD automation. Candidates need at least four years of hands-on experience with Amazon Connect, Lambda, DynamoDB, call routing, and Python, Node.js, or Java, along with familiarity with version control and infrastructure automation tools.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 4+ years of hands-on experience designing and building Amazon Connect contact flows with DynamoDB and Lambda
Experience designing call routing, queues, callbacks, emergency messaging, and dynamic business hours or holiday routing
Experience building AWS Lambda-based custom logic for contact center operations
Proficiency in Python, Node.js, or Java with AWS Lambda API integration
Familiarity with version control tools such as GIT, GitHub, or TFS
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or GoCD
Expertise in Amazon Connect, including portal widget, CRM, chatbot, email, and SMS solutions
