Description
The Amazon Connect Senior Engineer will lead end-to-end development of cloud-based customer experience solutions, including contact center routing, IVR design, API integrations, Terraform infrastructure, CI/CD, Lambda, environment promotion, monitoring, and production support. The role requires substantial AWS and CCaaS development experience, software engineering and testing expertise, technical leadership, and the ability to work with customer IT architecture and migration teams. It is a full-time remote position in the United States with up to 30% travel and compensation of $150,000 to $175,000 upon hire.
