AWS is hiring an Amazon Field Engineer to support critical infrastructure in AWS data centers across the full building lifecycle, from design and construction reviews through upgrades, maintenance, and operational troubleshooting. The role leads post-event controls incident analysis, root-cause investigations, corrective actions, engineering audits, legacy controls pilots, technical escalations, and the development of controls logic, code templates, baselines, standards, and system-health metrics. The position requires at least four years of industrial or commercial engineering experience in mission-critical facilities, a relevant technical degree or equivalent experience, and a valid US driver's license with reliable transportation.
