Description
The Amazon Field Engineer provides full life-cycle engineering support for AWS data centers, including design and equipment submittal reviews, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, corrective-action documentation, operational support, data-center upgrades, engineering audits, and resident-engineering support for new construction. The role requires at least four years of industrial or commercial engineering experience in mission-critical facilities, a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field, and experience researching data-center designs and construction methods. The position is based in Canton, Mississippi, with a base salary of $105,100 to $157,300 annually.
