Description
The Amazon Now Program Operations Analyst supports the Amazon Now Program team by executing recurring operational workflows, maintaining trackers and dashboards, performing structured data analysis, coordinating with cross-functional partners, identifying process gaps, supporting store launch readiness, and documenting SOPs and lessons learned. The role requires at least one year of experience in a customer-facing, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing environment, a bachelor's degree, English fluency, Microsoft Office and Excel experience, and preferably SQL experience.
