Amazon is hiring an Operations Intern to work onsite in Poland on a full-time basis, supporting projects that improve the functionality and service of fulfillment centers, sortation centers, and delivery stations. The intern will analyze operational data, identify challenges and improvement opportunities, test solutions, collaborate with managers and frontline associates, and work across different areas of the workplace. The role requires a university student in the penultimate or final year of a relevant degree, eligibility for a 3–6 month internship, and proficiency in English and the local language. Start dates are January through July 2027, with a base salary of PLN 6,000 monthly in Szczecin and potential relocation support.
