Amazon is hiring an Operations Intern to support projects that improve the functionality and service of Fulfillment Centers, Sortation Centers, and Delivery Stations. The role involves analyzing operational data, identifying challenges and improvement opportunities, testing solutions, collaborating with managers and frontline associates, and moving between different work areas. It requires on-site presence, flexibility across schedules and shifts, and eligibility for a full-time 40-hour-per-week internship lasting 3–6 months. The internship is available to students graduating in 2028 or later, with start dates from January through July 2027, and offers relocation support and a minimum gross base salary of 1,800 EUR monthly in Catania or Palermo, Italy.
