Amazon is hiring a full-time Process Assistant for its Rural Super Rural (RSR) last-mile operations team in CLOVIS, New Mexico. The role includes managing department duties, allocating labor, leading meetings, assigning work, tracking labor and performance metrics, coaching associates, maintaining SOPs and work areas, addressing safety hazards, reporting injuries, and providing vacation coverage for Area Managers. The position requires in-role training at an operating site for at least five weeks, with travel accommodations paid by Amazon, and requires a high school education, Microsoft Office experience, flexible scheduling, and the ability to perform physically demanding work. Starting pay is $22.00 per hour, with additional shift differentials and overtime possible.
